Available for most major brands of microcomputers, workstations, servers and peripheral hardware and software WRK Computer Systems’ service contracts offer convenience and provide cost containment.

Additionally we offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that provide guaranteed levels of service availability and response times, custom tailored to your computing environment and needs. For example; we can offer a 3 tier plan to cover your corporate network, 2 hour response for network backbone and critical servers, 4 hour response for non critical servers and 8 business hour response for workstations and other non critical hardware issues. With our contract and SLA packages you only need to pay for the level of service you require for particular classes of hardware.
